Plan page purpose, URLs and content migration before replacing an existing business website.

Inventory what already helps customers

List services, articles, projects, forms and important incoming links. Identify distinct questions each page answers and remove repetition thoughtfully. Update inaccurate information while retaining useful content. Do not delete an article library simply because its appearance no longer matches the homepage.

Map the new structure

Document old and new URLs, internal links and language counterparts. Plan appropriate redirects with the technical owner where addresses change. Keep titles and descriptions true to the page. A bilingual language selector should lead to the corresponding page instead of sending every reader back to the homepage.

Check the launch beyond appearance

Test forms, booking, media and mobile navigation. Review sitemap and indexing settings with the owner. Sharbal Studio can organise the redesign and content structure, with migration tasks explicitly assigned. A visual refresh does not require a new domain, and no redesign can promise search positions will remain unchanged.

YOUR NEXT MOVE
