When you submit a project enquiry, Sharbal Studio receives the information you provide: your name, email, selected service and message.

Why we ask

We use these details to understand your request, prepare a response and discuss a potential project. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or confirm a meeting.

Storage and access

Enquiries are stored in the website’s hosted database for studio review. We also pass enquiry details to FormSubmit to deliver an email notification to the studio. Our hosting and email service providers process information to operate these services. Please do not include payment details, passwords or sensitive personal information.

Third-party meetings

If you use an external scheduling link, that provider’s privacy terms apply to the details you share there.
